Dipika Mallick

Ms. Dipika Mallick completed her Masters in Regional Science/ Spatial Planning from the Institute of Regional Science, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. Ms. Mallick also holds Master in Political Science from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Since graduating from KIT, she has worked for migrants' livelihood, social integration, and older adults' care and management. Before coming to Germany, from 2003 to 2006, she worked for Bangladesh Civil Services (admin cadre). Currently, she is working (part-time) for AWO Pflege und Betreuungs GmbH, Dresden, Germany, in integrating refugees. She wants to contribute to knowledge empowerment by building human capital through DBM professionals' activities.
